We will offer the reduction of the sales price at closing as a credit for a home site improvement. This incentive is offered to the next 5 purchasers or until June 15, 2009.
In addition to the Purchase Incentive, and as a way of rewarding those customers who are one of the first to build in the community, WREDCO is offering a 5% rebate based on the amount paid for the home site at closing. Customers are eligible for the rebate who are able to begin construction of their home within 12 months of closing on the home site. The rebate becomes payable when roof rafters or trusses are erected on the new home within the 12 month time frame. This offer is valid until June 1, 2009.
Multiple Lot Purchase. Weyerhaeuser Real Estate Development Company will offer a 5% discount of the sales price on the second and subsequent home sites purchased and closed simultaneously by the same purchaser.
Developer’s Promise. With the exception of the above described incentive programs and any future programs offered by the Company, home sites will not be subjectively discounted on an individual basis. The Public Sales Price for each individual home site represents the fair market value for that property. To protect the investments of our customers who purchase in the community, WREDCO will not negotiate the sales price of individual home sites.
